Z7z Terms and Conditions — Know It, Understand It, Play Safe

1General Terms & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to the z7z platform (website: z7z.bet) and all its services. z7z is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform serving Bangladesh and other countries worldwide.

2Account Registration and Use

You are required to provide accurate and complete information when registering on z7z. If an account is created using false or misleading information, z7z reserves the right to close it at any time and forfeit any remaining balance.

• If you suspect your account has been hacked or accessed without authorization, contact support immediately.
• A verification process must be completed to make changes to personal information.
• Z7z accounts are non-transferable — buying, selling, or exchanging accounts is strictly prohibited.

3Age & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to participate on z7z. Where the legal age in your jurisdiction exceeds 18, that higher age applies. z7z is deeply committed to protecting minors from gaming.

• A national ID or other valid document may be required to verify your age at the time of registration.
• Z7z may request age verification to be completed again at any time.
• Users from countries or regions where online gaming is prohibited under local law are not eligible to register on z7z.

4Deposit and Payment Policy

Z7z currently supports deposits via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposited funds are generally credited to your account within a few minutes. Each payment method has its own minimum and maximum limits, which are displayed on the deposit page.

• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming activities.

7Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Z7z reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted unintentionally due to a technical error.
• If a bet is accepted after the outcome of an event has already been determined, z7z may void that bet.
• Any bet placed based on a clear error in the odds will be considered void.
• Some bets may not be accepted in live betting due to network latency.

8Prohibited Activities

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on z7z. If any such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and all deposited funds and winnings will be forfeited.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.
• Using bots, automated software, or hacking tools.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical glitches.
• Threatening or harassing other users.
• Impersonating z7z staff.
• Participating in betting syndicates or collusion betting.

9Responsible Gaming

Z7z believes gaming should be a source of enjoyment, not addiction or financial harm. We encourage every user to game responsibly and provide a range of protective tools to support that.

• Bet Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly bet limits.
• Deposit Limit: Set a maximum deposit limit for any given period.
• Cooling-Off: Temporarily pause your account for a set period.

10Account Closure and Termination

• Z7z reserves the right to close any account at any time, particularly in cases of violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• If your account is closed due to a terms violation, deposited funds and bonuses may be forfeited.
• Requests to reactivate a closed account will be reviewed by the support team.
